BUFU — Full Event Coverage & Aftermovie

Overview

BUFU brought us in to cover a full night of their event end to end — photography and videography, capturing the crowd, the performers, and the atmosphere as it happened.

Challenge

A live event only happens once. There's no reshoot — the crowd energy, the lighting changes, the performers, all of it has to be caught in the moment, across both stills and video, without missing what makes the night worth remembering.

Solution

We ran full coverage across the night: stills documenting the crowd and performers as the energy built, alongside continuous video capture, including sets from DJ Stef Davidse. Everything was shot to be cut together into a single aftermovie that captures the arc of the night, not just isolated moments.

Production Process

On-site photography and videography throughout the event, followed by selects, edit, and color on the stills, and a full edit of the video footage into one aftermovie — sound, pacing, and cuts built to carry the night's energy from start to finish.

Deliverables

A curated set of edited event photography, plus a complete aftermovie video recapping the night.

Results

The aftermovie has been used across BUFU's own social channels as well as ours — extending the night well past the event itself.
